This beer came out really well. It involved me following the instructions very closely and filtering out a lot of the brew material (hops, grain particles) from the wort. Usually I just toss it all into the fermenter. I also got the final gravity to right where i wanted it. In addition I added a packet of gelatin to the keg to help clarify, I think if I had put it in a secondary fermenter it would have been even clearer. It tastes great and next time if Imake it I will dry hop it and put it through a secondary fermenter.
